I want to share some heartbreaking news that has profoundly impacted our lives. Just before the Christmas, my husband, James, 42,received a devastating diagnosis: a brain tumour. In those early moments, we clung to hope, believing it might be operable. However, as the new year began, we were faced with the agonizing reality that James has a grade 4 tumour, a diagnosis that has tragically shortened the time we have left together. Our hearts ache at the thought of him leaving behind our five children, especially our youngest, Cooper, who is just 8 years old.

As our world feels like it’s crumbling around us, we are resolved to cherish every moment. A few of James’s caring friends and family members have stepped forward to help us create lasting memories during this difficult time, while also preparing for the inevitable costs associated with his funeral.
