Keith Davis A Dad's Quest For Justice For All

Hello folks , my name is Keith Davis . I am a single dad of 6 children whom I have raised physically pretty much solo for the past  11 years ( 2 boys who were 2 and 1 when I married their mom now 23 and 21 and their siblings 17 , 15 and 14 ) . We have had the unfortunate stroke of covid type turmoil ( children being shut in and mislead)  along with lies , deceit , proven false allegations and now a circumventing of justice in a child custody case by the Sacramento Court System. I  have had 2 court orders overlooked by a biased judge and 2 different mediators along with 2 different interim judges ( 1 of the mediators I had dismissed for personal biases towards myself) . In our case there are more than 30 counts of contempt dismissed against the other party that should have clearly shown the way to a lawful and just ruling and a continuance of my raising our children.  Due to my contempt papers being returned  7 times for again " dubious unlawful and  judicial bias " also the wrong case number was attached to my paperwork  , then it was a " fee waiver excuse " ( where I had 2 on file already) next was " each count ( there is over 30 ) were not worded count 1 , count 2 etc according to the courts. I have had vital evidence " lost and or misplaced " by the courts yet I received a suspect " courtesy call from the court clerk " inquiring about my aforementioned documents and whether or not I wanted them included in my hearing  !  Get this now , I received a call at 4 : 12 p.m. that afternoon  and was asked " if " I wanted to bring down the oh so important documents  , I stated yes and that I'd be on my way.....then came the " oh , by the way Mr. Davis the document's must be here BEFORE 4 : 30 the SAME DAY ! Now the court clerk knows full well that we live 25 to 35 minutes away .....shady business wouldn't you say ?  I have never spanked my children nor have I abused or been violent in any manner shape or form which is attested to by multiple character reference letters from educator's  , neighbors , other parents and the mediator herself whom sat on our custody case years ago that awarded me custody.  I don't mean to be long winded with this request yet what I and all find odd is that when I wrote and filed a complaint to the Judicial Committee about the judges non application of the contempt charges , the contempt papers were amazingly signed the very next day , mind you they were returned 5 times prior for aforementioned biased reasons from August through December all the while my daughter was transported across state lines against 2 standing court custody orders. My only recourse is to secure legal representation as the matter ( in the words of the interim judge ) was " too much to ingest ". Though I have requested and had court reporter's at the hearings I am always cut off mid sentence and my love and passion for my children , family and life itself is purposefully mislabeled and deceitfully called " anger and or volatile " ( on a zoom call....wow ! ) I am simply a dad who loves and has sacrificed  for his children and I am the dad that 500 students and an entire community affectionately refer to as Boss Baby ( not bad for a 59 year old lol lol lol ) In closing  , I was advised to reach out to and through this medium by many from around the country and I felt " some kind of way " as I have contributed to more than a few GoFundMe campaigns yet most involved illnesses and housing needs etc ( I won't go there either as my financial stability was/is under attack also ....smiling sadly ) In closing the only way that I and my case will be heard is through legal counsel as I have had trial set for July yet an emergency ruling was rendered and has removed yet another child from my care on April 7 2021. Remember  , August 2nd of 2020 ( last year ) lies stated that my children were in " immediate grave danger and harm " yet the stealing of my child occurred on April 7th the following year , some danger huh !
