Hi, my name is Jordan, and I’m a dad fighting to be actively part of my two sons’ lives again.

My oldest son is 8 years old, and I was blessed to be in his life for the first few years. My youngest is 5 years old, but I’ve barely been allowed to have a relationship with either of them. Because there’s no court order in place, it’s been entirely up to their mom when I can have contact. For years, that’s meant only a few visits each year — and since moving to Florida last October, I haven’t been able to have any relationship with them at all, not even through video calls.

I’ve been to court several times but haven’t had the chance to truly share my side or voice what I want most: to be a consistent, loving, and active father in my sons’ lives. I’ve had multiple consultations with family lawyers, but I simply can’t afford the legal costs on my own.

That’s why I’m asking for your help. I’m raising money to retain a lawyer and cover the expenses of fighting for my rights as a father. Their mother already has legal representation, and I need the same chance to stand up for myself and for my boys.

I grew up in a separated home, and I know firsthand how deeply it affects boys when they don’t have their dad actively involved. I don’t want my sons to grow up feeling that same way. They deserve to know their father loves them deeply and is fighting every day to be part of their lives.
