Howdy folks!

The great Maura Buckley and I will be giving each other the chop in Kerrigans on June 17th. Attendance is not mandatory but advised!!

We will be cutting/slicing/chopping 12 inches of our hair and donating it to the Little Princess Trust which uses real hair to make wigs, free of charge, for children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment and other conditions.

OvaCare is a charity that aims to give a voice to and provide support for, all those affected by Ovarian Cancer in Ireland. Their Mission is to improve diagnosis and education of Ovarian Cancer in Ireland, through sharing global research and best practice and providing support and advocacy through their dedicated support network. (Charity number: 20081300)

Mullingar Community First Responders is a voluntary organisation that assists the ambulance service in providing first response to cardiac arrest, chest pain, stroke, and choking emergencies in and around the Mullingar area. The charity also provides free cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automated external defibrillator (AED) training to members of the community as well as contributing to the upkeep of the town's 13 public access defibrillators.
