A community leader who was robbed

Hi, my name is Patrick and I live in Richmond in Melbourne, Australia. Localized Organic Grocery is a store on the main street of Richmond, Swan St, which is run by a man names Vince - which was recently robbed.

Vince epitomises everything that makes this community great - he knows all of his customers by name, is always interested in a chat to see what you're up to, gives you a big wave and a smile if you're walking by, and has the sole goals of builder his community and making your short time in his store as pleasant as possible, working 7 days a week - it's truly unique and a step back into a bygone era of hospitality.

Critically, it's something that's precious to me and the wider community in a time of increasing disconnection.

Last week Vince's store was robbed - thieves broke in through the back door, stole A LOT of cash & his passport out of the safe. He didn't tell me how much specifically was stolen, but I'm guessing it's significantly higher than the $5k goal I've set for this GoFundMe.

PLEASE help me and the community raise some money for this wonderful man, who gives so much and expects so little in return.
