Community healthy bakes

My journey began when I was just 12 years old. Back then, I didn’t have YouTube or internet to learn from. All I had was this old cookbook—no pictures, just brownish, beige pages filled with words I didn’t always understand. But I was determined. I imagined every recipe, every step, trying to see it all in my mind. I believed that if I could imagine it, I could bring it to life.
That spark never left me. Now, at 33, I’m ready to finally open a bakery that uses zero commercial yeast. All the bread and bakes will be made using long fermentation, which makes them healthier and easier to digest.
For my birthday, I’m asking for help with the first steps—buying essential equipment like a bread oven, mixers, and more. And to everyone who contributes: your name will go on the Honor Wall in the bakery. Because you’re not just helping me open a shop—you’re helping build a home for fresh bread, warmth, and community care.
Thank you for being part of this dream!
