My name is Beth, but I’m sure you already knew that. I’m creating this to help a family who desperately needs a Christmas miracle. This is their story….I’m just here to spread the word…..

On December 23, 2025, just shy of Christmas, Rennley Dakota Hyatt (Renn) was born at 37&2 weeks in Florence, SC. She is truly a miracle baby. She was born with her cord wrapped, inhaled amniotic fluid during childbirth, and a congenital heart defect that never showed up on prenatal scans. Hours later, she was airlifted to MUSC SJCH in Charleston. Renn got diagnosed with Transposition of the Great Arteries (TGA), which essentially affects the blood flow to the heart and the rest of the body. She had her first procedure after arriving in Charleston, which was a balloon placement to enhance blood flow. TGA will require Renn to have open-heart surgery in the very near future, which requires a minimum of a two-month stay in Charleston, 2+ hours away from friends and family.

This family deserves nothing but the best, and as they figure out this next step in life, they shouldn’t have to worry about finances. Work is scarce for these new parents as they stay in Charleston and travel back and forth to be there for their baby girl and support her. All of their focus is on her. The road they’re on is curvy, windy, scary, and breathtaking all at the same time. Donations will be for medical expenses, travel, bills, and everyday living as we all know it’s not cheap anymore.
