My mom and stepdad are two of the most loving, selfless people I know. They have truly done everything for me, giving me the unconditional love and support that has made me the person I am today. Frankly, I wouldn't be here without them. Now, it's my turn to give back and offer them some much-needed relief during the toughest fight of their lives.

As many of you know, my incredible mom was recently diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer. She has been fighting this with unbelievable strength and determination, but the journey has been grueling.

Chemotherapy has been taking a serious toll on her health, forcing her to stop working.

My wonderful stepdad still works, but he has had to leave work early or take full days off constantly to help my mom around the house and drive her to her essential chemotherapy appointments.

To say they are stressed and overwhelmed is a massive understatement. They are dealing with the immense emotional and physical burden of cancer while navigating a sudden loss of their income and his frequent time off.

My Christmas Wish for Them (It's a Secret!)

Between mounting medical bills, unexpected ER trips, hospital stays, and the loss of income, the financial strain is crushing.

I can't fight the battle for them, but I can help lighten their load. For Christmas this year, my biggest wish is to be able to cover their rent for a full month to give them a significant financial break and one less thing to worry about during the holidays. It’s the least I can do for everything they have sacrificed for me.

I'm currently covering all our household expenses while Patrick is deployed. While I am committed to this gift, I can't cover the entire cost on my own.
