This Christmas, we want to bring joy to children in two neighbourhoods of Bogotá who are growing up in very challenging conditions.

In Ciudad Bolívar, in the sector of Arabia, many children live in a context of deep vulnerability: limited infrastructure, difficult access to basic services, and precarious economic conditions for many families. Even so, it is a strong community, full of hope and daily effort.

Similarly, in Suba, near the Bogotá River in the neighbourhood of Villacindy, children grow up in environments marked by a lack of opportunities, informal work and exposure to environmental risks that are part of everyday life. Despite these difficulties, they show incredible resilience and hold dreams that deserve to be supported.

For this reason, we are organising a collection of donations in money or toys to host a simple Christmas gathering and give each child a small gift that brightens their childhood and reminds them that they are not alone. Any contribution will be a gesture of love that helps more boys and girls experience the magic of this season and receive a present that fills their hearts with hope.

We are simply a small group of friends working for people in need, and we are deeply grateful for your support.

People can donate from anywhere in the world. I will collect all contributions and transfer the full amount to Colombia by 12 December, giving our team on the ground enough time to buy the toys and Christmas gifts for the children in Ciudad Bolívar and Suba.
