A Car for a Mom’s Path to Family Reunification

This will probably be a long shot, but I've always been told it never hurts to ask! My 1-year-old little girl has been in foster care since October 1st, 2024. I've been successfully working my case plan to bring her home. My two major obstacles were having a home for her and a vehicle to be able to get her to appointments and such. I've gotten the home for her, but now I need a vehicle. I'm currently paying $160 every 2 weeks on taxis to go back and forth to work, and as of August 1st, the rates will be raised, and it'll cost me over $200 to get back and forth to work. It's hard to save money for a down payment for a car and make sure my bills are paid on time.

So like I said, this is probably a long shot, but I'm going to ask the community anyways. Is there anyone out there with a decent but cheap vehicle that would be willing to let me purchase the vehicle and make payments every two weeks or would be willing to donate towards a down payment? I'm just a momma trying to better and rebuild her life and bring her baby girl home. (Pic is of my baby girl)
