Join me, Tejas Karrthik in the fundraiser for the future of underprivileged students in India. This money will be raised for AIM for Seva (All India Movement for Seva), an organization dedicated to helping those who do not have the privileges that most of us have. Every donation, no matter how small or large will count towards AIM for Seva and my larger goal of (E)-quality education for all. These donations will be greatly appreciated, and generous donations ($75+) will receive a customized painting as a way of appreciation, and donations of ($50+) will receive a mini art print of choice. (Please put your name when donating so I may know who it is.)
$3000 CAD, about ₹ 161,589, will be my pledge to sponsor 3 years of a child's education in India as a part of the Graduate Youth Leadership Program, trip that I will be undertaking on during the winter break.

A bit about the GYLP trip: It is organized by the All India Movement for Seva and is designed for high school students during their winter holidays. This program is offered for high school students who have attended Purna Vidya Cultural Heritage Classes, Arsha Vidya Gurukulam camps and/or AIM For Seva programs. Their vision is to shape and nurture the global leaders of tomorrow.
Every year around 20 students travel to Manjakkudi, India to teach students of various ages about a variety of subjects. Personally, this is a great opportunity for me to give back to the community in a way that aligns with my goal of contributing towards tackling poverty through education while also gaining valuable leadership experience to enhance my personal development.
I have been attending an annual spiritual camp at Arsha Vidya Gurkulam, Saylorsburg along with my parents for the past decade. I came to know about the Graduate Youth Leadership Program on my most recent visit. Arsha Vidya Gurukulam is a place to learn and find new opportunities to learn and serve. This leadership program is one of the many opportunities provided. The GYLP trip is a great learning experience and a great initiative for the young leaders of tomorrow.
