A call for compassion and support in memory of Senad

Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,

I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart and a humble request for support. Munira, a devoted mother, has recently faced the unimaginable loss of her beloved son, Senad Sarajlija, who fought bravely against cancer for the past three long years. Despite his strength and resilience, he lost his battle on May 30th 2025 at 11:50pm leaving a profound void in Munira’s life and heart.

Munira has always been the rock for her son, dedicating herself fully to his care and comfort during his illness. The emotional toll of losing a child is unfathomable, and now, in addition to her grief, she is faced with many burdens that threaten to overwhelm her during this already difficult time.

We are launching this GoFundMe campaign to provide Munira with support she needs to navigate the coming months.

No mother should have to face such heartache alone, and I believe that together we can help alleviate some of the stress that comes with this devastating loss. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a difference and show Munira that she is not alone in this journey.
