A beautiful project for some special girls in Benin, Africa.
Donation protected
Hi, I am fundraising to help build a small grain warehouse and purchase a grain mill for some special girls that live in Boukombe, a remote village in Benin (one of the poorest countries in Continental Africa). In 2019 a surgeon saved my mother's life after a complicated 8-hour operation. I asked him for a charity of his choice, and he pointed me to Amici di Cinzia. I met the founders and fell in love with their project and cherish their kind friendship. With the help of donors, over the years, they have built a safe center for young girls, educating and protecting them. They now have dorms, classrooms, bunk beds, a water well, that serves the entire village, and the last project was the installment of an aeroponic food garden. While expanding the center in order to house more girls, the objective is also to help them generate income through the cultivation of food or by providing services to the village. Having a mill, will help grind the local grains of the villagers to produce flour.
I would love if you can join me in donating whatever you can. This fundraiser has a doner that will match donations.
These girls are learning that they can have a future, studying and picking up skills to sustain themselves and the center so that even more girls can be helped and have a future.
Please help write this beautiful new chapter in their story and see a little building hold our names as recognition of our support.
Thank you for having read this, donated or sharing it with your network of friends and family. Let's make a huge difference together.
