A 12 year old girl who has unexpectedly lost her Daddy

In the early hours of Saturday 29th June, the sweetest 12 year old girl lost her Daddy forever, due to a sudden and unexpected heart attack.

After waking up at 3am with chest pains, Lee and his partner immediately called 999 as they knew he needed medical help.

Lee’s partner did everything she could to help him during the excruciating wait for the paramedics.

Unfortunately the wait was over 50 minutes, causing Lee to eventually go in to cardiac arrest and sadly pass away.

As you can imagine, his family and friends are absolutely devastated.

Lee had finished work on the Friday and was unwinding for his family holiday on the following Tuesday.

Lee lived for his family and he was looking forward to spending quality time away together.

Even whilst writing this, he should still be abroad, making memories.

Instead, his family are left with only memories and their imagination of what they would have done on their holiday, all whilst they are arranging his funeral.

We (Lee’s childhood friends) are truly heartbroken to hear of his passing.

At only 35 years old, he should be here, celebrating his birthday with us in a couple of weeks. Instead we will be burying him around the same date.

We can’t even begin to imagine how life will now be for his daughter. She was his world and he was hers.

We are trying to raise as much money as we can between us to support Lee’s daughter through the tough days and years ahead without her daddy, but we appreciate anything that anyone can do to help.

Lee was that person that was always there to help people out. Not because he had to, but because he wanted to.

He would always make time for everyone and would literally do anything for them.

Now we want to do something in return for him and try to make sure that his daughter has the happiest life that she possibly can.

If Lee was still with us today, he would make sure he continued to do everything to provide for his little girl.

It’s now our time to make Lee proud and provide as much as we can for her.
