Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge for Cleaner and Dryer (CAD)

Hi, myself and 15 others from Mental Health Charity, Cleaner and Dryer (CAD) and Eccles Boxing School are taking on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge and aim to complete it in under 10 hours to raise funds for Mental Health Group - Cleaner and Dryer (CAD). https://www.cleaneranddryer.co.uk/about

I was introduced to CAD last year by a friend I trained with at Eccles Boxing School. CAD was set up following the unexpected death of local and much loved father, Chris Dryer who sadly took his own life due to depression.

I have since been volunteering at CAD Eccles as a Peer Mentor/Coach/Fitness Coach for the past 15 months.

I chose this charity as I see every week first hand the positive impact CAD is having to Men, Women and their families lives.

CAD is a registered charity which helps Men and Women overcome Addictions, Mental Health, Alcoholism, Loneliness, Abuse and Anxiety.

CAD promotes the mental health and wellness of the it’s attendees through fitness and social group therapy.
