The Woodses are Adopting!

Shortly after we were married in 2011, we began to think about having children. But months of unexplained infertility turned into years, and came with several misdiagnoses, failed fertility treatments, waiting, and heartache. Rather than pursue additional fertility treatments, we’ve decided to answer the call that we feel God has placed on our lives; we’ve decided to pursue adoption! We are so excited for the opportunity to provide a child with tons of love in a supportive, Christ-centered home!

The costs associated with adoption can be extremely overwhelming. While we do plan to fundraise in ways that also give back to the community, we are incredibly grateful for donations made via GoFundMe to assist us in bringing our baby home. Words truly can’t express our gratitude! We will be blogging about the entire experience at www.forthischild.blog and would love for you to follow us along this journey – any funds given in excess of what is needed to bring our baby home will be forwarded to another couple hoping to adopt!
