Our vision is to create a real estate investor ecosystem in Greater New Orleans where investors can connect. Each month we bring an active investor to interview so we can learn from their story. These aren't professional speakers trying to sell something; they are doers actively doing deals in our market. We hire a room and a videographer to record the speaker to preserve the information on our YouTube Channel .
We believe that everyone will do more deals when we have access to information, partners and resources. The goal of our meetings is to get everyone in a room talking, connecting and getting to know each other so we can do more deals together. Whether you are trying to go from 0-1st deal or deal 1,000 - 1001, you can meet, teach, learn or share with someone in the room that'll help you move closer to your goals.
We created this group because we wanted to have a group like this to attend in our area. We don't do it to make money or sell anything, but it does cost money to run. We pay to hire the room, for the videographer and equipment. It costs about $700 per event to run. While we don't mind paying the bill, many people have asked how they can help. We appreciate this sentiment as we don't view this group as our group but as a collective of the people attending. In the spirit of this, we thought we would create this gofundme so members can contribute to the cost of running the meetups. This will ensure that the group is sustainable and we keep bringing great speakers and events to the area.
