Founded by Global Survivor Leader, Subject Matter Expert, and International Award Winner, Bishop Donna Hubbard, 34 years ago, Woman At The Well Transition Center (WATWTC) has led the movement to restore dignity and rebuild hope for women impacted by incarceration, human trafficking, and systemic injustice.

For 29 of those years, our annual Christmas Angels Children’s Holiday Event [CACHE] has been the heartbeat of that mission—bringing together families, survivors, and community partners to celebrate resilience, joy, and love during the holiday season.

This year’s theme, “We Are The World,” honors the shared experiences of children around the globe. Through cultural presentations, international foods, and musical performances, we will remind our youth that while their challenges are real, their culture, creativity, and resilience are greater.

We aim to raise $8,000 to fund this year’s program, which will serve a minimum of 35 families and 130 children. This year's CACHE registration is open to families impacted by incarceration, human trafficking, global displacement, and socio-economic crises.

This year’s theme, “We Are The World,” will inspire children and families to explore cultures, foods, music, and traditions from around the globe, while highlighting the common bonds of resilience, family, and faith that unite them.

Each participating family will choose 3 of 7 interactive methods to represent the country or culture they are celebrating, examples include:

1. Cultural Food Presentation

2. Traditional Dress or Costume Showcase

3. Song, Dance, or Musical Performance

4. Storytelling or Spoken Word Presentation

5. Art or Craft Display

6. Language and Greeting Demonstration

7. Historical or Modern Connection Segment
