Myself and three friends plan on undertaking Freezebury for the month of February. This involves swimming everyday increasing one minute each day.
i.e. 1 minute on the the 1st of Feb
13 minutes on the 13th
and 28 minutes on the 28th.
We have found sea swimming to have a massive positive effect on our mental health and think this is the perfect way to give back.
