A Vietnam War Veteran of Volusia County has launched a Community Supported Legacy Project to honor all who served, and the more than 58,000 who paid the ultimate sacrifice. A 7,000-pound granite monument will stand at the Daytona Beach Veterans Memorial Plaza.
