He promotes self-love, compassion, and peace, welcoming all individuals to learn and engage in meaningful conversations. Known for his heartfelt online presence, he regularly shares Buddhist teachings and highlights community events. His passion for education is evident in his work.
The "Walk for Peace" project involves Buddhist monks from various Southeast Asian countries advocating for universal peace and unity. It began in Fort Worth, Texas, and is set to conclude at the White House in Washington, D.C. Among the over 20 participating monks is Phra Ajarn Maha Dam Phommasan. Unfortunately, his journey toward peace was interrupted by an accident on November 19, 2025, in Dayton, Texas.
Phra Ajarn Maha Dam Prommasan is deeply dedicated to the "Walk for Peace" initiative. His objective is to reunite with his colleagues and ultimately reach the finish line and the White House. As of December 3, 2025, Phra Ajarn Maha Dam Prommasan has undergone an
amputation of his left leg. He will remain in physical rehabilitation at Memorial Hermann Children's Hospital for the upcoming weeks.
