Hello,
Thank you so much for your support of UCLA Vietnamese Student Union’s 43rd Annual Vietnamese Culture Night. This show is an annual student production held in UCLA’s Royce Hall highlighting experiences of Vietnamese Americans. VCN 43: “Can I Ask You?” delves deeper into the desire to know and understand our loved ones – to ask the hard questions, to understand the past and how it informs our futures.
As VCN 43’s Producer, I would like to again thank all of our donors for their contributions. Royce Hall is an amazing venue, and VCN 43 is a large production. However, with a large production comes even larger costs, with Royce Hall costing $41,000. The Vietnamese Student Union is just that – a union of students banded together to celebrate our culture and form a tight-knit community. We are eternally grateful for our community’s continued support, and are hopeful that there will be many Vietnamese Culture Nights to come.
If you are unable to attend in person, our culture night will be livestreamed! The link is here (https://tinyurl.com/vcn43) and will start at 7:00 PM PST on January 16th, 2023.
Thank you again for your support. It means the world to us to be able to bring our unique culture and personal experiences on to such a famed stage at Royce Hall.
With immense gratitude,
Eric Trần
UCLA Vietnamese Student Union | 2022 - 2023 President
