From Destruction to Service: A Life-Changing Program for Teen Boys
The Trash Boys LLC was born out of a simple act of kindness—when we saw a senior struggling with her trash bin and stepped in to help. That small moment sparked a larger mission: to serve the community and empower others to do the same.
Now, we’re expanding that mission with TTT – Turning Trash into Triumph, a youth development and employment program for teen boys ages 13 to 19. TTT is more than just community service—it’s about offering structure, mentorship, and real opportunity to young men who need it most.
Too often, young men in our communities—especially Black and Hispanic males—are left without guidance or access to meaningful opportunities. In cities like ours, data shows that the majority of violent crimes are committed by males, particularly from Black and Hispanic backgrounds. TTT is our proactive response: a preventative program designed to redirect potential toward purpose.
Through hands-on fieldwork, community service, mentorship, and life-building activities, TTT helps boys gain responsibility, confidence, and employable skills. Particularly in leadership, teamwork, communication, friendly service, and problem solving. From cleaning up neighborhoods to supporting seniors and participating in team-driven projects, each teen is given the chance to be part of something bigger than themselves—and the opportunity to earn real employment with The Trash Boys LLC upon completion.
We believe every boy deserves a brotherhood and access to resources that can help make positive choices. They deserve a chance to be part of something impactful. TTT isn’t just a program—it’s a movement to turn destruction into service, and trash into triumph.
