A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity has emerged for Holmer Green and Hazlemere to take control of the village’s future. The land at Tralee Farm—already subject to outline planning permission for development —is now up for sale, and we, as a community, have the chance to purchase it ourselves.

By coming together, we can protect some or all of this space and if development must go ahead ensure this is a sustainable, community-led development that prioritises affordable eco-friendly homes, green spaces, and essential local services. Instead of allowing outside developers to dictate our future, we can protect green space and design a place that truly meets the needs of our first-time buyers, downsizers, and families—all while better preserving the natural beauty of our surroundings.

With just over a week to submit our bid, we urgently need investors, local businesses, and future homeowners to step forward and support this vision.
