Tragically, on Monday, January 5, our world was shattered when our parents, Betty and John, were involved in a fatal car accident on their way home after celebrating Christmas in New Brunswick. Our father was taken from us far too soon, and our mother is now in hospital with a long road to recovery ahead—both physically and emotionally.

As we begin to navigate life without our dad (writing that is so hard), and face the uncertainty of our mother's recovery, we’re trying to focus on healing by easing the financial burdens we know will come—travel expenses, time off work, and the aftermath of his untimely passing.
