We're a small group of residents living in a supported apartment block in Wellington Road, Red Hill. We're people who want to live our lives with full purpose and to give back by establishing an inspirational and healing gathering place we can all share.

AWE – Awaken with Earth, is our grassroots initiative to create a community garden right here in the heart of our block. It’s not just about planting herbs or flowers (though we’ll be doing plenty of that). It’s about creating a space — even a small one — where residents can feel part of something.

We want to connect with each other, to get to know our neighbours, to create a supportive community, to make this a place of hope and beauty and to give us something to be proud of.

Whether they want to come to help pot a plant, or just sip a cup of tea and sit and breathe for a while, we want to be able to welcome all the block's residents to a nurturing green space.

We're not asking for a lot, just a bit of help to buy some equipment 

Every small donation will help us build not just a garden, but contribute to the vision.
