Support Enfield’s Educational Shoe Drive

Dr. Stacy Oliveira and Optimal Health Solutions are bringing the Educational Shoe Drive back to Enfield in 2026 after a meaningful pause. What started as a simple idea quickly grew into something powerful: helping local children receive properly fitted, brand-new sneakers while also giving families important education about healthy movement, comfort, development, and why proper footwear matters.

In 2022, the first drive served 44 children through a partnership with Enfield Loaves & Fishes. In 2023, with incredible community support, the drive expanded and helped 86 more children. After stepping away for a motherhood hiatus following the birth of her daughter, Maria Rose, Dr. Stacy is excited to relaunch this effort and begin building momentum again for an even bigger impact next year!

This year, the goal is to help 38 local children by purchasing new sneakers through our partnership with New Balance from Evergreen Walk. Each $65 raised provides one local child with a brand-new pair of properly fitted sneakers, along with educational resources that help families make informed choices for their children’s health and movement.

Since 2022, this initiative has already supported 130 children, and now it is ready for its next chapter.
