It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we make this GoFundMe page today. Our friend, Caroline Vivacqua, is going through the unimaginable tragedy of losing her husband Francesco.  

On Thursday, February 29th, Franky came home sick from work, went to urgent care with his family and was diagnosed with the flu. The next morning, Caroline called 911 as Franky was disoriented and not responding to her. After numerous scans and further testing over the next couple of days, Franky was diagnosed further with pneumonia, sepsis and ultimately meningitis. All of this occurred within less than a week’s time, a completely unexpected and shocking journey, leaving his family entirely too soon.

Francesco was an incredibly loving dad to one-year-old Anthony and a devoted and dedicated husband to his high school sweetheart, Caroline. He was a brother, son and a devoted friend to many. He always put others before himself and most cared that his wife and new son were being cared for.

His loss is felt deeply by all that knew him. Please consider donating to help Caroline and her baby boy through this truly immense loss.
