My name is Steven C. Price Sr. Founder of The V.O.I.C.E.S. Foundation.
We are asking for donations to support the Winkle Court Military Village Renovations Project.
Winkle Court Military Village is a Residential Living Facility “Pilot Program,” that assist our Military Members, Military Veterans and their Family Members with “Readjust” using "Peer to Peer" based Veterans Outreach, Interventions, Career and Educational Service Programs that support their individual and and families as a whole.
“Veteran Peer Advocates” are thought of trusted “Team Leaders and guides; they are fellow Veteran who has gone through the same journey to wellness. Peer veterans supplement traditional care practices, such as counseling or group therapy, and work in “aligned care teams” to meet the needs of each Veteran.
The V.O.I.C.E.S. Foundation is operating as a Social Welfare - Not For Profit IRS 501c4 Charitable Organization.

Our Purpose, Main Goals and Objectives
- The Purpose of the V.O.I.C.E.S. of Our Veterans is to hold our Local, State and other elected officials and the Federal Government accountable to our American Veterans through "Breaking The Silence and Honoring The Sacred Trust."
- The V.O.I.C.E.S. of our Veterans will seek out and encourage the Involvement, Engagement and Patronage of the local San Antonio “Military City USA” Community, while also fostering a sense of Patriotism, Support and Integration in providing the highest quality of Veterans Outreach, Interventions, Career and Educational Services for our “ALL” of our Veterans.
- The V.O.I.C.E.S. of our Veterans will “Reach-Out” to disabled, homeless, unemployed and indigent Veterans.
- The V.O.I.C.E.S. of our Veterans will provide and disseminate information specific to Veterans in an attempt to increase the knowledge and usage of as many private, public and federally funded programs available to them in their transition back into the civilian world.
- The V.O.I.C.E.S. of our Veterans will provide basic information, knowledge and instruction regarding the Veterans Administration (VA) application process in order to receive health services, compensation, benefits and/or treatment of their service related disabilities.
- The V.O.I.C.E.S. of our Veterans will assess their needs and offer and provide them with a free referral services to other Veteran service provider organizations within their area.
- The V.O.I.C.E.S. of our Veterans will offer free assistance with issues regarding applications for housing and home loans, vocational and other available rehabilitative and transitional services.
- The V.O.I.C.E.S. of our Veterans will conduct and provide the federal government and legislators with up to date research data regarding Veterans and their progress as they are returned home and attempt to integrate themselves back into society. More, specifically as it relates to; "How Military Service, Certain Stigmas, Discrimination within our National Social Environment directly Impact the Basic Need for effective Reintegration of our Nation's Veterans back into Society."
- The V.O.I.C.E.S. of our Veterans will educate our Veterans on developments regarding any new legislation, policies and procedures that aim to resolve the problems within the Veterans Administrations Health, Benefits and Compensation System.
- The V.O.I.C.E.S. of our Veterans will seek funding for the support of our Team by adding more members and sponsors. We aim to provide the other greatly needed infrastructure for the V.O.I.C.E.S. of our Veterans to continue its efforts in the area of providing Veterans Outreach, Intervention, Career and Educational Services to our Veterans.
- The V.O.I.C.E.S. of our Veterans will serve our nation, our Texas Veterans and their families by ensuring they receive critical mental health care services information, education and treatment they need using a demonstrated evidence-based “Best-Practices” and Protocols. Sadly, many Veterans are still fighting “The Silent War”TM right here at home in the USA! While quietly and without much notice, 18- 22 Veterans continue to take their own lives on a daily basis!
- The V.O.I.C.E.S. of our Veterans will eliminate barriers to mental health for our Veterans and their families and eliminate community stigma and any other barriers to care;
- The V.O.I.C.E.S. of our Veterans will assist communities to help Veterans and their families access mental health care that is safe and timely, of high quality, respectful of military culture, appropriate for our Veterans’ mental health needs, and economically sustainable;
- The V.O.I.C.E.S. of our Veterans will offer and provide Veterans in need, with assistance with transportation to their nearest VA medical treatment facilities for intake, assessment, treatment and TRIAGE on an “as needed” basis. And finally, and most importantly,
- The V.O.I.C.E.S. of our Veterans will continue to “Break The Silence!”TM, as it relates to the Veterans Suicide Epidemic, or as we have coined the phrase and named it; "The Silent War" ©Copyrights Protected, Get A G.R.I.P. Productions.
