Let's thank the courageous men and women of the Metuchen Police Department who put their lives on the line for us every day. Chip in a couple bucks and help us buy lunch for the crew that works Saturdays.
I am Stu Segal; my friend Rich Menziuso and I started this annual fundraiser five years ago to provide "Thank You" lunches for the Officers of the Metuchen Police Department who work Saturdays. I can tell you the officers appreciate this every year, and they're excited we're doing it again.
Same as in past years, the funds will be used to purchase lunches from our great Metuchen restaurants. We will use the same restaurants as in past years, plus we will add some new ones this year; last year's restaurants were — AwesomeYo's, Fire & Flavor, Joey D's, L&L Pizza, La Rosa, Latin Port, Metuchen Inn, Plain & Simpol and Woodstack.
We'll buy them lunch for as many Saturdays as money we raise (last year we were able to do lunches for five months of Saturdays!).
Let's show them we care!
