What's Next? Since 2015, The Moellentine/Schmidt family has been honored to serve as stewards of some beautiful land in Lake George, Colorado the "Gateway to Park County ". Original Built in 1976, This location has seen some growth!
The Teva Cultural Arts & Visitor Center is "What's Next"!
We've unofficially welcomed thousands of tourists & locals through the Highway 24 corridor. Our vision has grown from this inspiration! We're invested in turning pass thru traffic into future investors of South Park. We are now transitioning this vision into an online gateway and hoping to bring that space to life in Lake George. Teva CAAVC is the perfect way to share our little piece of Colorado with the world. There's no better guide than a local who knows where to grab breakfast, what's going on, when it happen's, and how crowded is it gonna be! If I don't know . . . I'll find out for you!
I was lucky to find these beautiful souls to help guide our mission.
Our Mission: To provide a gateway welcome center. A "pitstop" & "mall map" that guides visitors deep into South Park's beauty, showcasing the hidden gems! Using art as the universal language of kindness to teach about conservation.
The Goal: Unlocking Major Grants! We are currently applying for matching grants from the South Park National Heritage Fund and OEDIT. Your donations provide the "local match" required to secure OEDIT's $10,000. and SPNHF's $25,000. grants for the 2026 year. These 4:1 match grants make your donation worth 4 x's more!
*Current Momentum: We have already raised $375 through initial deposits and art contributions!
To jumpstart this new landmark, an in-kind land lease of $1800., for the first year of operations has been made to ensure 100% of your donations go toward infrastructure. The future of South Park is influenced by the "greeting", Teva CAAVC welcomes this title! We will to use this money to provide a top notch cultural arts & visitor center, one to be proud of!
