Hi, my name is Ursula and I’m fundraising for Sadie and her family.

Sadie has an abdominal condition that means she needs major surgery which cannot be performed locally and the family needs to travel to Nationwide Hospital in Columbus for her surgery. As you can imagine, this requires significant costs that are not covere by insurance.
