Support TFTH's Mission to Feed the Homeless, Septe

Truckers Feeding the Homeless (TFTH) is a group of Professional Truck Drivers & their families from all over the United States. In August 2018, a few of us met in Dallas to attend The Great American Truck Show. On our way to the Civic Center we passed groups of homeless people scattered amongst the sidewalks and streets, as well as along the freeway.

After the truck show we couldn't help but to feel the need to hand out plates of home-cooked meals, water, soda, and cake to the homeless and the less fortunate. We set out in the after noon with 18 plates of food, and drinks and handed the plates out to people living on the streets, the sidewalks, along the freeway, and some living in broken down cars. Some of them cried, and all were incredibly grateful! We did it for no other reason but to feed them.

After handing out the 18 plates of food and not having enough for all of those who approached us, we felt we could, and needed to do more. SO WE DID!

We returned to the house and made 20 more plates, with drinks, and pieces of cake too! We went back out that night and handed out the food and still we did not have enough.

On March 31st, 2019, A larger number of TFTH members attended the Mid-American Truck Show in Louisville Kentucky. We reached out to the Louisville Coalition For The Homeless for locations of the homeless camps in Louisville, and contacted some shelters as well. We handed out as many as 400 plates of food, drinks, T-shirts, and small care packages, socks, and more to the homeless people. We were told by the Coalition For The Homeless... there will be hundreds of homeless to feed and there were.

On August 22nd, 2019 in the Dallas in the Metro area we came together again and proceeded to feed 600 people, handing out plates, care packages, socks, and more.

We continued this trend over the years:

Houston, TX in 2020 (475+ people Fed, Clothed & Gifted)

Baltimore, MD in 2022 (400+ people Fed, Clothed & Gifted)

Birmingham, AL in 2023 (300+ people Fed, Clothed and Gifted)

This year in September, 2024 we are looking to continue the inspiration and WE CAN'T WAIT!!!

TFTH will be partnering and working with Stenton Family Manor in Philadelphia, PA to continue the mission that was put on our hearts. We have the faith and belief to feed 350+ people (125 Children, 75 Adults, and 150 plates Minimum to hit the streets with)

Stenton Family Manor is a Family Shelter that is dedicated to taking in Families that have nowhere else to go. The shelter itself is mostly comprised of Women & children, and Truckers Feeding the Homeless is honored to be allowed to partner with them on this journey and mission!

All proceeds of the GoFundMe will be used to purchase food, drinks, T-shirts, care-packages & school supplies for the children. Donations will also help to purchase the items needed to feed as many as possible. Items such as, cooking supplies (pots, pans), food containers, bags for the food, bags for the care packages, napkins, forks, spoons, knives and more.

Individuals will receive a HOME COOKED meal, a care package, various clothing items and more. We can only hand out as much as we have. If you can find it in your heart to help and support TFTH, we can do so much more. We can touch the lives of hundreds of men, women, and children !
