Essentially Nourished is an all encompassing health and wellness organization that aims to put Christian values into practice through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind, and body. Our goal is to connect individuals to qualified Health Practitioners for the services that they are in need of, all in one convenient location either in person or virtually.

Where will my donation go?

As a NOURISHED Partner, your donation will go to one of the three areas below:

1. Our In-Person Fitness Studio

Essentially Nourished started online but our dream has been to bring our services into a Wellness Facility. Your donation will go directly towards funding our first-ever NOURISHED Center and allow us to provide the proper equipment and resources to our in person gym!

2. Assisted Memberships

Your investment will go directly to a member in need to subsidize or completely remove their monthly fee for up to 6 months

3. General Donations

Your investment will either go to our online platform and services (therapy, life coaching etc.) or towards our first in-person center to help us run the day-to-day and continue to expand our hiring of qualified Health Practitioners.
