I am creating this fundraiser on behalf of my niece Kyra after a devastating car accident that forever changed her life and took the life of her baby.

On November 26, 2025, Kyra was stopped in a turn lane waiting to turn when a speeding driver crossed into her lane and struck her head-on. With cars on both sides, she had nowhere to go. The impact caused severe, life-threatening injuries.

Kyra spent nearly two weeks in the ICU, underwent multiple emergency surgeries, was intubated and sedated for 13 days, and suffered numerous fractures, along with a large laceration to her forehead and scalp. Due to the trauma, her placenta ruptured, forcing an emergency C-section. Her baby boy, Kye, was rushed to a children’s hospital, and Kyra was unable to meet him for two weeks.

Tragically, baby Kye passed away on December 17, 2025, due to the injuries he suffered in the crash.

Kyra now faces a long recovery and is unable to work or care for herself independently. She is overwhelmed with medical bills, everyday expenses, and funeral costs for her baby.

We are humbly asking for support to help ease these burdens. Funds raised will go toward:

• Medical bills, surgeries, and ongoing rehabilitation

• Living expenses and bills while Kyra is unable to work

• Funeral and memorial expenses for baby Kye
