<div>I am creating this fundraiser on behalf of my niece Kyra after a devastating car accident that forever changed her life and took the life of her baby.

<div>On November 26, 2025, Kyra was stopped in a turn lane waiting to turn when a speeding driver crossed into her lane and struck her head-on. With cars on both sides, she had nowhere to go. The impact caused severe, life-threatening injuries.

<div>Kyra spent nearly two weeks in the ICU, underwent multiple emergency surgeries, was intubated and sedated for 13 days, and suffered numerous fractures, along with a large laceration to her forehead and scalp. Due to the trauma, her placenta ruptured, forcing an emergency C-section. Her baby boy, Kye, was rushed to a children’s hospital, and Kyra was unable to meet him for two weeks.

<div>Tragically, baby Kye passed away on December 17, 2025, due to the injuries he suffered in the crash.
</div>

<div>Kyra now faces a long recovery and is unable to work or care for herself independently. She is overwhelmed with medical bills, everyday expenses, and funeral costs for her baby.
