Dear Friends and Family,

Tommy needs our help. He has been in Gwinnett County jail for over two months now and we need to raise funds for his legal defense. As many of you know, Tommy and Tracy were married for 31 years and raised two beautiful daughters together. The last few years things have not been good, and they recently divorced. The divorce was not pretty, and they both said some nasty things to each other. But prior to the divorce being final, Tracy had him charged with tracking and stalking charges and had him arrested. Evidently, he had an air tag on the car she was driving that was in his name. Turns out she was cheating during the marriage and got no alimony which upset her, so he is facing 1-10 years in prison and being charged with a felony for just talking with her trying to settle the divorce.

As a lifelong friend of Tommy's, we all know he is not violent and would never do anything to physically harm anyone. I've also watched as the divorce played out and he loved her deeply. His mom and I are trying to hire Ed Garland's firm, Garland, Loeb, and Samuel for his defense. I have contributed 5k to the legal defense fund and his mom has contributed 10k We're trying to raise 25k total so were 10k short. I was hoping that you all might be able to contribute. I'm only sending this to close family and friends as to protect Tommys privacy as much as possible.
