My story begins with the truth.

I am a single mother whose daughter was wrongfully removed from my care by Wisconsin DHS/CPS just three days after her birth. I believe my case reflects a nation wide systemic failure within child welfare systems. Where not enough parents are fighting back against omission of our truths.

With zero acknowledgement presented on our behalf is to silence all parents, and specifically for me, a survivors of domestic violence. By omitting my Truth it's left giant gaps false narratives, false documents and misstatements left to justify premature adoption! (against parents)

My daughter, Autumn, and I are survivors of severe domestic violence—both during my pregnancy and after her birth. Despite this, the county responsible for our case failed to investigate or document the abuse from the very beginning.

Before Autumn’s birth, I sought medical care multiple times due to domestic violence. These pre-birth hospital records exist and occurred at the same hospital branch I had my baby at. Additionally, while pregnant, two different times the Department of Corrections (DOC) created and followed Safety Protection Plans that were followed, granted, and legally documented prior to Autumns birth.

Autumn was born in October 2023, and after birth the abuse continued. I made at least four emergency room visits due to her father that seriously affected both me and my newborn. Within that same month October 2023, I provided physical evidence of ongoing abuse.

In which, DHS staff themselves photographed injuries that included a bite mark, a black eye, and a cut caused by a weapon. The agency also assisted me in securing safe housing so I could leave Autumn’s abusive father.

Despite all of this, none of these facts were ever truthfully recorded, documentation, recognized, or presented by the courts.

Instead, DHS constructed a false narrative portraying me as a neglectful mother and falsely alleging substance use during pregnancy—claims that are untrue and unsupported by proven factual evidence.

I believe My past was selectively used, distorted, and weaponized to justify my daughter’s removal.

Along with this implemented, premeditated hateful system found that claims falsehoods for initial removal. I believe I've found much more. It is with my evidence and studies that I've compiled funding errors. Per my case every dispositional hearing the state claims services met aka their Reasonable Efforts ??

Not only will I provide the documentation of whom actually provided my court ordered services. I will prove intentional delay of my progress and consistency upon meeting my goals . I can prove (with investigative help) that transportation assistance has been reimbursed to this DHS agency for nearly 1 1/2 years without given assistance. In total there are more than 4 specific parental rights services, claimed undocumented.

From my studies, these DHS agencies simply only have to say they have done these services and they are reimbursed by the federal government. I can prove they did not do any services I can prove who actually did my services and a stamped with real life legitimate alternative Wisconsin agencies.

The final chunk of my story follows up with the Omission of My and Autumns DV. After my daughter's birth I was rightfully transferred my probation and parole to a safe City for protection plan. Due to the fact that this county has never entered onto record the DV.

They have wrongfully and formally claimed that because I "Chose to move out County" that they do not provide transportation for parents that "choose" to move. Below are 2 examples of Omission.

As of 1-01-2025 my transportation assistance finally began. Where did the funding go from October 2023 till January 2025????

Why hasnt DHS told the truth????

Because this is Premature Adoption planning, Systematic

Corruption with Hidden Funding scams connected to out-of-home placements, wrongful adoptions and lied about services.

This failure to document the truth initiated a pattern of discrimination, prejudice, and premature adoption practices—one that erased my role as a protective parent and re-framed me as a risk rather than a survivor seeking help. To this day, the county has never accurately told my truth or my daughter’s truth, despite overwhelming evidence supporting it. We are survivors—not statistics, not narratives, and not disposable lives.
