Support Sudan

The Sudanese Canadian Health Professionals (SCHP) is a non-governmental, non-political organization made up of Canadian healthcare professionals of Sudanese descent. SCHP organization is working hard to provide medical care, humanitarian aid and financial support to those who need it most. Your donations will go directly to helping those who need it the most, through partnerships with local and international non-governmental organizations. The people of Sudan are currently facing an extremely dangerous and life-threatening situation. Civilians are bearing the brunt of the violence that is raging across Sudan. Many families have been trapped in their homes for over 2 weeks without access to food or water. The death toll has already exceeded 500 civilians, with thousands more injured due to heavy fighting in residential areas. The situation is worsened by the destruction of hospitals and other health facilities, with over 70% of them now out of service, leaving injured and sick patients in need of urgent medical services at significant risk. Sudan is bleeding and in dire need of help and support. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
