Spartan's race for Demelza House

Philip, Haydn and Andrew will be doing the 5 km Spartan Race as a team on April 8th 2018 in support of Demelza House. Andrew will also compete in the 10 km.
Demelza House is a charity in Kent with the mission statement:
"To provide specialist care and support to babies, children, young people and the whole family from diagnosis, during day to day family life, times of crisis, end of life and through bereavement."
The boys want to help give back to the charity that has so closely supported their family through their own hard time.
All we ask is that you give a little of what you can for the cause... and a lot of encouragment!
Ordinarily the three of them attend Gravesend and Medway Martial Arts to keep fit but have added extra training into their schedule to be ready for the race.

Rope Climb
Spear Throw
