Hello everyone, my name is Amber. I am a grateful believer in Jesus Christ & this is my short story.

I just celebrated 3 years of sobriety. My 2-year-old daughter lives with me, and we live in a small basement apartment. My two older children are almost 8 & 9. They have lived with their Pops and Gigi since 2021 when I entered rehab and stayed there for 7 months. I had a DFACs case that was closed almost 2 years ago now. I've been working really hard on building my relationship with my sons and my family during this time. I have a really amazing job. I work for the best moving company in the state of Georgia.

I was getting child support from my daughters father. But that has stopped. Its been really tight since he has stopped helping me with her needs.

I'm doing this GoFundMe to help me reach my goal to have a little more stability until he starts helping again.

As a recovered addict, I absolutely can't stand asking other people for help. I don't and won't do it unless I absolutely really do need some help.

It says in the Bible 365 times, "DO NOT BE AFRAID." I'd be lying if I told y'all I'm not scared of what is to come next in my life.

I've been working so hard, early mornings, late nights, showing up and helping when I can.

I just need a little help myself now.
