Ex Military Family Fresh Start
Donation protected

The Siebuhr family has spent nearly the last seven years dedicating themselves to the U.S. Army. Johnathon has had multiple overseas deployments, training operations and countless volunteer hours. The Army has dictated every move they made.
In August 2016 the Siebuhr family had to come to grips with the fact that Johnathon’s Army career was over. Unable to pass a physical fitness test due to knee injury and being challenged with leadership that had personal agendas, Johnathon and Shantee realized that they were going to have to start over back home in Texas. They returned home meeting the emotional support of their family and friends but with hardly anything financially to rely on. They soon realized his long term benifits was greatly reduced to a fraction of what he had earned by those in high places. With no savings, student loans, bills and a car payment, financial issues are what weigh heavily on them at all times.
The thing that is most moving about their experience (as if all the above was not enough) was the fact that they want to protect their twin girls from their hardship. They have a ton of pride and wake up every day with a happy face and attitude for their girls.
This GoFundMe serves the purpose of raising money so that they have a fresh start in order to put down deposits, rent an apartment near where Johnathon is attending school and get back on their feet. They were able to apply for government healthcare and food stamps and Johnathon’s school stipend pays what bills they have currently but no room to get out on their own.
If you feel inclined to donate, your donation would be helping a U.S. Veteran and the family that has spent the majority of their adult life supporting others, bending over backwards to help in almost any situation and the kind of people that would give you their last penny if you needed it.
My Name is John Baran and Shantee's father is my brother not by blood but by choice . I am doing this for Greg and his family. They are damn good people and just need to catch a break . I mentioned that to Greg the other day and he told me "throw one my way and I will try not to drop it brother".
You can take it to the bank that they will be forever grateful for what ever you can offer them. You will also be able to say you are the reason those two beautiful girls keep smiling :-).
