Help Us Fight the Proposed 125-Foot Cell Tower Near Our Homes

We are a group of concerned Ocean City neighbors working together to stop the proposed 125-foot cell tower near 33rd & Bay from being built in our residential coastal neighborhood.

We are not opposed to better cell service. We understand the need for reliable communication. But we believe a tower of this size, located so close to homes, raises serious concerns about property values, neighborhood character, safety, zoning, and the long-term impact on our community.

Neighbors should have had a meaningful voice in this decision that affect our homes, families, and quality of life. Unfortunately, fighting a project like this requires legal guidance and professional support.

All funds raised through this GoFundMe will be used exclusively for attorney’s fees and legal expenses related to helping our neighborhood fight this tower from being built.

Every donation, no matter the size, will help us obtain the legal support needed to protect our neighborhood and make sure residents are heard.
