<div>We are a group of concerned Ocean City neighbors working together to stop the proposed 125-foot cell tower near 33rd &amp; Bay from being built in our residential coastal neighborhood.

<div>We are not opposed to better cell service. We understand the need for reliable communication. But we believe a tower of this size, located so close to homes, raises serious concerns about property values, neighborhood character, safety, zoning, and the long-term impact on our community.

<div>Neighbors should have had a meaningful voice in this decision that affect our homes, families, and quality of life. Unfortunately, fighting a project like this requires legal guidance and professional support.
