SAVE MY FAMILIEY IN GAZA FROM GENOCIDE AND FAMINE

Donation protected
My name is Mohanad Al-Borno... My story," is the story of a thirty-year-old young man telling you the story. I live in Gaza, I work as an engineer, I live with my family of thirteen people. We had hopes and dreams that we tried to achieve, but the wars that we live in prevented us. I have lived through many wars, tragedies and sufferings. I lived those years in fear, helplessness and insecurity, but my hope wasn't exhausted that my country would improve and we would see the most beautiful days in it. We were very attached to his love. But the war was imposed on us and something happened that was too terrible to mention. In all the wars I've lived through, I've never seen such terrible violence, more severe and more violent than this war, in which we lost our family home and all our possessions, and our childhood memories were completely destroyed.

Nor did I imagine or understand that the war had destroyed my own home and that it was now a pile of ashes. I dreamed so much of getting married and starting a family to live a decent life. I lost my life's savings and years of hard work in an instant. My loved ones also left and did not return. They destroyed my father's source of livelihood and we were left with nothing, we left our house while it was bombed and destroyed. This war destroyed every dream and ambition, and now my family and I are homeless and without money. We were displaced to the central region of Gaza on foot under heavy rains, and we did not find a house to protect us. We sat in the alleys of the streets, then we were displaced to Khan Yunis as the Israeli occupation army directed us, and we stayed with our friends. We moved from house to house with our relatives, and we did not find a safe day to escape the bombing and destruction.

Then, for the third time, we fled to Rafah on foot amidst the sounds of bombardment and fear to reach safety. We built a small tent that did not protect us from the cold of winter or the heat of summer.

Also we gathered with friends of ours in the same small tent until we were seventeen people. We thought we had reached the mainland. Safety, but there is no safety here. We are now suffering from poverty, hunger, poor health, and dependence on the scarce aid that reaches us. Also note that among the family members there is the family of our friend (Alaa Zaqout) who has two daughters, Mira and Sila. They lost their home in northern Gaza and their source of income, then they were displaced to Al-Shifa hospital, then to the central region, then to Deir Al-Balah, until they came to Rafah camp in search of safety, and now. We are now side by side, sharing everything in this bad situation in which we live. The child Sila is not more than one year old. She suffers from a heart disease (open heart) and is undergoing treatment after the trip. She was traveling with her mother, but the war stopped her treatment. Now she needs someone to take care of her health and care, and she needs a lot of money to cover the cost of her treatment and basic needs.

Our situation is very bad. We don't have the strength anymore, and I can't bear and witness more pain and suffering and loss of many things. My feeling of helplessness, fear and powerlessness forced me to think of escaping and trying to find ways to survive by leaving my homeland and escaping from genocide and famine. It is enough. 6 months of fear that destroyed my psyche and my family. I never imagined that one day I would think about leaving my homeland, but my feeling of fear and insecurity made me and my family decide to escape from death and the nightmare we live in and travel far to seek safety outside our homeland, but the financial obstacle is bad and now we cannot. We have nothing. We have lost everything،
We have no way but to raise an amount of money through your help and save me, my family and the family of our friend Alaa and support his daughter (Sila), also note that the cost of travel for an adult from Gaza reaches $7,000 per person and your donations will be the difference between life and death for me, my family and my friend's family.

#Save us by leaving the land of war and death, we want to live in safety, peace and a dignified life as we carry in our hearts.
