S.W.E.A.T is growing faster than we could have imagined. Opportunities are opening up for us to take this movement into new spaces and reach more men, but to do that properly, we need support from you lot.

Me and Russell have put in what we can, but we’re just normal fellas with families and jobs. To take S.W.E.A.T to the next level, we need everyone behind us. If you can spare £5, £10, £20, whatever you’ve got, it will make a huge difference.

Once we reach £5,000 we can register as a charity. That unlocks proper funding and gives us the platform to really deliver: getting lads struggling with addiction into detox, running regular meet-ups, and making sure S.W.E.A.T is seen everywhere.

I know times are tough and money’s tight, but every little bit helps. This isn’t just mine and Russel’s dream, it’s all of ours. S.W.E.A.T is a brotherhood, a community, and together we can build something that saves lives.
