Peyton Flowers
The guy who's always doing something, always showing up, always willing to help. He's one of the hardest workers I know. Between working four jobs, seven days a week, Peyton was driving home from a late-night gig in Los Angeles when, just 10 minutes from home at 2:00 a.m., exhaustion caught up to him.
He fell asleep at the wheel.
His car went straight into the median. Three tires exploded on impact, the seatbelt broke, and the vehicle was completely sideswiped and totaled.
If you know Peyton, you know how much Clifford (his big red 1985 Toyota 4Runner) means to him. Clifford wasn't just a car. It was a reflection of who Peyton is. From getting his first job at 14, to buying Clifford fully paid for with his own money at 17, to spending the next three years restoring and rebuilding it piece by piece, Clifford represented Peyton's dedication, work ethic, and pride.
In seconds, years of hard work were gone.
Unfortunately, Clifford was not fully insured and he is getting zero help from insurance. Without the funds and proper resources to repair, Clifford's fate now lies in a junkyard.
Peyton is absolutely devastated. Losing Clifford is like losing a part of himself.
In good news, we are incredibly grateful to share Clifford's final mission was saving my brother's life. Thanks to the boxy design and solid build, Peyton walked away completely unharmed without a scratch. #Toyotaforlife
Peyton is completely destroyed, but we are thankful beyond words that he's still here.
I'm asking for any kind of donation to help my brother get through this hard time. Peyton is a Citrus College student and works constantly doing what he's best at all the while making ends meet. Whether Clifford is savable or not, Peyton is in need of a reliable source of transportation to work and school as he's a vital part in helping out his community. Literally anything helps, truly!!
Thank you for taking the time to read, share, or support in any way you can.
With gratitude and much love-
