Glasses for Sri Lankan Villagers

This December, I have another opportunity to help my beloved Sri Lanka. With the help of the organization, Global Vision 2020, I will be sending 1,000  pairs of glasses to Sri Lankan villages! That's right - ONE THOUSAND. Here's how it works: In my bags, I will be packing materials for screening and 1 ,000 pairs of glasses with me. While I'm in Sri Lanka, I will be visiting a couple villages to give away every single pair that I bring over.  Now, why $1,499? Well, the cost of all the screening materials and glasses come to this cost. Since this trip is only 3 months away, I need YOUR help so that I can make bringing vision to Sri Lankans a reality. I know that living my life here in America would not be easy without my glasses. I can't even imagine the struggles of someone who has never even touched a pair when they desperately need it.
