Wires are sticking out of the tires, unsure why the wear pattern is this way

Hello, we are a family that relies on our vehicle to get from home to work, medical appointments, grocery shopping, and general extracurricular enrichment programs.

Sports are shown to help children in many different areas of life, and with spring coming, it would be great to be able to take the family out and about safely, without fears of engine stalls in the middle of an intersection (it has happened several times).

I had my vehicle inspected and maintenance done in November, with the mechanic saying it would be a-ok.

I appreciate everyone that wants to help.

We really need this car to get somewhere permanent.

the wires are exposed on my tire, and possible realignment is needed.

I am hoping the spark plugs will address the engine stalling out, but I do not know at this time. I will post the mechanics comments soon with the code reader and subtitles.

We are trying to make it somewhere transitional and safe ❤️
