Imagine turning 18 and instantly losing everything — your home, your support system, your safety.

This is the heartbreaking reality for thousands of foster youth across the country. With no family to turn to, no place to live, and no one to guide them, many fall into homelessness, incarceration, or worse — not because they failed, but because the system failed them.

At Phoenix-Ranch, we’re doing something radical about it. We’re building a place where these young men can rise above the ashes — not just to survive, but to thrive.

We’ve Already Begun — Now We Need You to Help Us Finish

By God’s grace and the generosity of our community partners - particularly DL Enterprise LLC (construction & excavation) and Jacob & His Dad LLC (construction) we’ve accomplished all this and are completely debt free:

✅ Purchased 12 acres of land in Burnside, KY

✅ Begun excavation of the property

✅ Built the first two tiny homes for our onsite staff and our first two residents

Now, we need your help to take our immediate next steps — and we’re moving quickly.

Our Over All Goal Is: $250,000

We recognize our goal seems lofty and unobtainable however, Jesus says in Matthew 19:26:

"With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."

This amount will allow us to complete critical next phases of development:

1. Finish excavation and site prep across all 12 acres

2. Construct additional tiny homes for incoming residents (each youth builds and eventually owns their home!)

3. Build our central resource and recreation center — a lifeline for healing, connection, and growth

4. Fund trauma-informed care, mental health support, and spiritual discipleship

5. Launch our full Rise Above the Ashes program — a 3-year transformation journey including vocational training, mentorship, and emotional healing

These young men have never had a place to belong. They’ve never had someone tell them, “You matter. You’re worth investing in.”

Phoenix-Ranch exists to rewrite that story.

Each resident of our program will:

• Build and own their own tiny home

• Gain real-world job skills

• Heal from trauma with guided mentorship and support

• Learn what it means to be loved — deeply and unconditionally — by God and by others

And when they graduate, they won’t leave empty-handed. They’ll leave with a home, with savings, with a trade, and with hope.
